alice in slasherland: the world premiere
In March of 2010, Vampire Cowboys premiered their bloodiest show yet, ALICE IN SLASHERLAND, a slasher comedy about a teenage fanboy who accidentally opens a gateway into hell by resurrecting the soul of a brutally slain girl named Alice. The show garnered rave reviews and a completely soldout run as it blew up HERE Arts Center with VC's trademark theatrics including the fan-favorite puppet character Edgar, a smooth-talking badass teddy bear out to save the world.

In July of 2009, Vampire Cowboys brought back their critically acclaimed FIGHT GIRL BATTLE WORLD for a limited engagement at HERE Arts Center. With the addition of the badass Bonnie Sherman and the kickass Jason Liebman to the cast, the fan-favorite show once again blew it up for its second completely sold-out run.

the saturday night saloon: season 3
In September 2009, Vampire Cowboys brought back its extremely popular series, THE SATURDAY NIGHT SALOON, a free monthly party at the company's studios which included ongoing serialized plays by scores of NYC hottest young writers, directors, and actors. Created to be a theatrical playground for VC's extended family artists from companies such as Ma-Yi, LAByrinth, Developing Artists, Nosedive Productions, Piper McKenzie, The Brick, and others, every performance included cheap drinks, capacity crowds, and an exciting atmosphere for new artistic collaborations.
